Privacy Policy
Bankside MOT & Repair (“we”) runs the workshop at Unit 1b, Castlelaurie Industrial Estate, Falkirk, FK2 7XJ. This page explains what we collect when you book online or request a callback.
What we collect
Online bookings store your name, phone number, email, vehicle registration, chosen service, date and time, payment preference, and any notes you add. Callback forms store your name, phone number, and message. When you check a registration we send that plate to Vehicle Smart so we can show make, model, fuel and MOT status before you book.
Why we collect it
We use this information to reserve a workshop slot, contact you about the booking, and keep a garage diary. If email sending is configured, we also send a confirmation to you and a copy to the workshop inbox.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as needed to run the diary and meet accounting or MOT-related record keeping. You can ask us to update or remove details that we no longer need for those purposes.
